All our pieces are designed and made to order in Spain. By producing only what is needed, we reduce waste and avoid overproduction.

Processing Time

As each garment is made especially for you, please allow up to 5 business days for production before your order is shipped.

Shipping cost: €6

Estimated delivery time after dispatch: 2–5 business days

European Union

Shipping cost: €15

Estimated delivery time after dispatch: 3–7 business days

International

Shipping cost: €40

Estimated delivery time after dispatch: 5–14 business days depending on destination and customs procedures.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods, holidays or due to customs delays.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

As all Janira Gaya pieces are made to order, we encourage customers to carefully review sizing information before placing an order.

If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at janiragaya@gmail.com, including your order number and clear photographs of the issue.

Once the claim has been reviewed and approved, we will offer a replacement, exchange or refund where applicable.

Items must be unworn, unwashed and returned in their original condition.

Gift cards are non refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
